I think PL is doing a good job of managing the game. He is very effective when he leaves the pocket or has time to set his feet to throw.

He deserves a great deal of credit for our success BUT this turnaround has been a complete team effort.

The young receivers are coming along nicely and I suspect out offensive production will be even greater next year.

He played a good game this week and has had a good year...Still has a ways to go.

You will know when Fuente completely trusts him when there are much less screen passes called.

Did you happen to miss the Houston game????

Only thing that really stood out was his timing, but that has been an issue all year. Several times he hesitated on the throw and created a harder play because of it. May have the arm to throw to the sideline from the other hashmark. But as of now doesn't seem to have mastered the ability to put the ball where it should be when receiver is on the move or when they are coming out of the break. You know throwing the ball where the receiver will be. Do not even try to get him to throw back shoulder throw.

It will get interesting next year with a rebuilt D. Our D now gives our offense so many opportunities...If we get less chances, it will certainly make wins tougher to come by

The D has allowed the staff to play a little closer to the vest and not take as many chances. May have to open it up more and that could create some problems. It all depends on how many Hosses we have to open up holes for the trio of RBs.

Don't understand the Lynch hate. Dude will own the record books here by the time he gets drafted into the NFL. Btw, we are currently 8-3.

This offense doesn't rely on 'short field' situations. The Tigers average over 425 yards of offense per game. And that was with a bad showing at Ole Miss. Otherwise, we would probably be around 450 per game and in the top 25 in the nation.

He's getting better at getting to the second and third read. I still think his slow delivery will hurt him some, but Tebow was able to get away with it at Florida. No reason why Paxton can't here. Fuente is the key. He's putting him in the right situations. I'm thinking Dickey should get some credit as well. He's very good at the zone read, especially in the red zone. Saw a stat where we were 40-43 coming into the game, with the 3 being kneel downs in final drives.

I read some of this thread. Apparently, what my dad said is true: You can please some of the people all of the time, and you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time.

This football team is 8-3 with a chance to finish first in our conference at 9-3. Paxton Lynch has played every meaningful down (excluding garbage time) for this team. Aside from the turnovers versus Houston ( and not all of those were on Paxton), our offense has done it's job in every game. It has not been perfection, but is has been good enough to win 6 in a row. If that's not good enough for you, then too bad.

You forgot the interception against Old Mrs when the score was 7-3 and we were driving to about their 25. Craig should have caught that pass thrown right to him instead they intercept a tipped ball that leads to 14-3.
