Also have to make sure we lock those assistants up, that is going to be crucial. We need to pony up the dough and keep the staff in place.

We lost 3 coaches off a 1 win season last year, how many will we lose now?

that's what kept hurting Cubit. We'd have a good year and he'd lose a D coordinator or another coach and we'd start over with a new system that wasn't as successful. Assistants are key, lets just pay everyone whatever they want lol

Congrats to the team, staff and PJ for this big win and a great season so far. Well done to stay focused all season. One more big one to go.

Waldo had better be packed and loud next Friday. (I read on NIU's board that Todd will be at Waldo Saturday for the game.)

We're hosting Thanksgiving and will have family in from out of state... so can't be there. Sure wish they'd scheduled the game for anything other than the day after a holiday. I hope attendance isn't complete garbage.

I know the team will be prepared regardless. Go Broncos!
