The Tigers are not mentioned
in the possible expansion of the B12 ...Cen. F, So.F, BYU, even Marshall got a mention in columns. If we don't move, it will be done for the athletic dept. and our school. I hate what has and is happening to college sports from the constant shifting to the incredible cheating.

The columns? Would that be a newspaper, magazine, blog or a building? Pretty vague reference.

Don't worry about it.

The Next 2 in will be Cincy and Memphis.

We have been on the radar for them for a long time. Academics and Football were the only 2 things keeping us out. Both have been improved.

Ya... Those "columns" have been so accurate on predicting what schools are moving to what conferences...

RE: The Tigers are not mentioned
Cincy And Memphis are the next two when the Big 12 expands....Come December, when they get voted down on the 10 team rule for a conference game with 10 teams, they will gas up the bus and come calling fast....Now I know some wanna believe and say that rule will pass right?...Well SEC, Big Ten, Pac-12 still feel same way, that since they got 12, or more to have a championship game, even if Big 12 had 10 teams and had a CCG with those 10 that it's unfair to them, also Networks get more revenue Generated from 12 teams and CCG than with just 10....#TrUeTh....No way SEC, Big Ten, nor Pac-12 vote that in, and if anyone says that will for sure happen, is only guessing.....It will be voted down, and they will make the Big 12 get two more teams for that CCG and Networks want them at 12 not 10 Again #TrUeTh.....It will be Cincy and Memphis....The World Is Ours Memphis....And Memphis is Delta's Team....

Likely true about Cincinnati. Marshall no way. Probably only going to be 2 schools. Florida is nice but who do you take and who are they close to? BYU is going to stay independent. Boise State isn't the direction (west) that they want to go. Who else is there? Pretty sure the Texas schools are out. We have improved quite a bit in football and facilities. We are also centrally located, in SEC country and be a little closer to WVU. Doesn't mean much but if the Big 12 gets left out of the CFB then the value of having 2 more teams would be there.

I said the same thing about Marshal..but here's the deal. W. Vir has to travel 900 miles at the shortest to play in the conf. Marshall would give them someone closer and 2 teams to play in that area. Fl schools would be about recruiting. http://www.deseretnews.com/.../Teeples-T...y-cant-...
Deseret News
Jul 30, 2014 - Fans and media want the Big 12 to add BYU. But it can't without giving up significant revenue for each school. ( so who knows about that. )

RE: The Tigers are not mentioned
Man oh man, Marshall is not seriously in the picture fact...Only way Florida Schools are in is if they go 14 instead of 12 which could happen but highly unlikely either....BYU will NOT happen for many reasons again Fact....It was 4 teams on their list and couldn't reach a decision then and those 4 were Cincy, Memphis, SMU, and Houston....Texas wanted SMU or Houston, but everyone else wants Cincy and Memphis....They are waiting on December to see how the vote goes on if the Rule gets passed on the CCG with 10 teams and Conference determines who those 2 teams are right now....People seem to think it will pass hands down, but SEC, Big Ten, and Pac-12 still think they should be at 12 as does the networks, because 12 teams with CCG means more revenue, and that is the bottom line people....Why would SEC, Big Ten, Pac-12 give in to that because....It will get Denied, they feel it is 50/50 at best, and when it does they will come calling for the 2 teams fast and be swift, and it will be Cincy and Memphis.....Watch and see on that one....The World Is Ours Memphis....

The Big XII taking Marshall with WVU already in would be like the SEC inviting UAB or USM.... Or Us for that matter

WVU does not want to share the few good recruits in the state with another in state P5 school. They would veto a Marshall invite if they have the power to do so.

Let me just say that everything you might read is conjecture by the writer and is not based on FACT. Just because you see names in these articles means that they are actual candidates.
