Maybe but Josh Pastner may be a lot of things but he's not a quitter. Going to be hard on his family as well if the season continues in a downward spiral. Just need to let the season play out a little more. Coaching has to be the worst job in the world to have nowadays but the pay is good.

I realize I've never been in a position like Pastner, with so much attention on it. However, I don't get what people mean when they say it's going to be so hard on him. What is hard? The things people say on sports radio shows, message boards, and a few articles in the paper? He can ignore that. Sure, he'll know that people are unhappy, but he doesn't have to listen to anyone outside the program.

It's not like people are going to set booby traps for him and his family on their way to work or school. No one is going to boo his wife at the grocery store (if they do, that's sad).

So what's the big deal? He's already made millions. He'll get another job, even if just as an assistant, making hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Why is it "so hard" for him? You want to know who has it rough? Drive to South Memphis and look around. That's hard.

And that folks... is the bottom line.

Wolo is not a bad commentator. Sometimes, I don't agree with him, but that does not mean he is bad. Like most commentators, they have to talk a few hours a day, everyday, 250 days a year. During all that time, it will be hard to like everything any commentator says. Sure, he supports Pastner and the program, but that is refreshing to hear. Most of the other commentators jumps on the "Fire Pastner" bandwagon, and all you hear from them is all negative, and NOT negative and positive things about what is going on. The other ones sound like whiny kids when they didn't the toy they wished for on their birthday. We are adults, we can't expect to have a great program every year. We have to realize there are going to be a lean year once in a while, and this year looks like it is going to be one of them.
