RE: Sagarin Rankings
New Hampshire got bulldozed by Toledo. They're #82. So much for credibility.

RE: Sagarin Rankings
you guys missed the point of the post. We are ranked higher than CMU. It has to be the most accurate rating index ever...

RE: Sagarin Rankings
I like Sagarin's attempt at seeing how Good a team is, as opposed to what it's "earned" in any ranking.

But they give way too much credit to D1AA. I know MVC is having a great year, and you can make the argument that they're better than the Sun Belt, MAC East, and on par with the weak division of CUSA...

But, seriously: 7-4 South Dakota State, Better than: *ALL* MAC Teams (8-2 NIU, 7-3 WMU, 7-3 BGSU), 8-2 Air Force, among others? YEAH. RIGHT. Then, you have 8-3 Chattanooga over 7-4 CMU (CMU beat them) and 7-3 BGSU.

I've whined about this before. Thing is, MVC hasn't beat any MAC teams besides in-state game of Indiana State vs BSU. Northern Iowa lost to Hawaii who's way under .500. And in their in-state game they lost to Iowa (it was close, but so was Ball State vs Iowa).

That makes it lose credibility in my book.
