Old Dominion hosts St. Francis with a chance to rematch Georgetown in the second round ( ODU lost to Georgetown 3-0 in the second round of the tournament last year)

I've seen Oakland a few times this year, including the Horizon tournament. Unless Kentucky has no ability to create opportunities, they should win. Oakland only plays well with a lead or tie.

UNM kind of fell apart at the end of the year, but I thought they still might get in.

4 teams is still pretty solid though.

Nope, only women's. South Carolina and Kentucky are both in with us.

Nope. I think it has a lot to do with Title IX. You can offset Men's soccer with Women's soccer, and you can offset Baseball with Softball... but if football is all you really care about, it's a lot easier to remove a program like Men's soccer than to add women's programs.

My favorite school description. To be clear, not my favorite school, but my favorite description for a school.

ODU and Charlotte are the last remaining CUSA teams in the tourney as both UAB and Kentucky have lost. UAB loses in a shootout to Furman and UK loses 2-0 to Oakland.

Still in Charlotte from the game yesterday, going to head out to TA to start drinking and yell a few absurdities at the guys in baby blue for a few hours before I head back to Charlottesville.

COME ON YOU BOYS IN GREEN!

Good luck to y'all, and to any ODU fans making the trip.

Georgetown is not friendly or welcoming to opposing fans. We were threatened with arrest for daring to stand - with nobody behind us - when we played there a few years back.
