I agree that this kind of smack crosses the line. But that hasnt stopped ulm fans and others (including some stAte fans) from spreading similar trash about Hud in the past. I dont recall you objecting or calling for strict proof then.

If its off limits for your guy then it should be off limits for everbody.

I've never defended Hudspeth's actions either. But keep in mind, if he was trying to trash the character of Coach Robichaux so turn about is fair play especially when your coach resigned under those circumstances.

These targeting rules and the SBC refs have to be addressed in the off season. A-state has had three players ejected in three consecutive weeks for it (granted the last one was the definition of the rule). TxState had a targeting called reversed last night that looked exactly the same as the one that got our CB Rocky Hayes ejected. Where is the consistency?! The situation with the SBC refs/replay official and the head of the refs doing double duty is crippling the league and games are suffering. I place most of the blame on Benson for his crappy leadership and allowing the conference to be put in the position of "extra work" or "second fiddle" for a guy that has to have his hands full with a entire other conference.

Krazy Karl can't even take the time to get a full time Head of Officials for the conference.

Instead we have to take the SEC Head and get him to work maybe 1 hour per week looking at the SBC officials.
