I wrote Dunn frequently regarding the "soft" Cubit teams. Seemed like I was watching a re-run of the same game over and over and over again. Thank goodness Dunn did something. He "dunn good"!!!!

The Cubit loving curmudgeons are eating crow!!! Don't get me wrong, most everyone here has WMU's best interest in mind and are die hards, it is just good to see the "fire fleck" crowd was wrong (thank God).

Dude is intense, positive, a little cocky, and what WMU needed-- which is a totally different approach with some big big big time recruit gathering talents. Never underestimate the power of being positive, confident, and effectively preaching the program to recruits and their parents (especially momma). Does anyone right now really give a rats butt about the recruits he pissed off down in Indy?? How about the lost Florida connection?? Ha!! Next awesome class up!!!

The term "troll" is correct. Why the need to say anything about the 'Cubit loving curmudgeons'? Why the need to say you're not trolling? He knew it would be obvious to most that it was exactly what he was doing.

But the Colonel is correct and much nicer than I would be. The forum war is over. WMU is winning again - five straight, which is really all that most of us wanted anyway.

Personally, I think that concept is true -- but there's nothing wrong with comparing a team to yester-year's pluses & minuses either. However, yes, I think everyone should understand that nobody's in position for scoffing at Fleck as a coaching hire at this point. Those who dislike him should have to wait until he'd possibly flounder or something. Right now, that ain't happening. Not this year, and it looks like next year isn't going to be any worse than any past coaches would have done (but hey, we'll get to that next year).

2. Cubit never did anything for me personally, so I have no clue what you're referring to.

3. BroncoBlitz was never "my company". I wasn't even the site publisher... just wrote in my spare time for it. It was (and still is) owned by Yahoo! Sports and I never received one penny from anything I contributed.
