Sure, because its easier to accept the fact that you shared that championship with a team that was better then yours period. And that my friend was his point, even in your universe. This season is no different, you have to hope GSouthern and UL both lose to at least share the title.

No rational Cajun fan would argue that ASU doesn't have a good program. Head to head competition SHOULD be the tie breaker if you have a co-championship situation. I wouldn't wear those co-championship rings and consider the Cajuns the champs for the past two years.
