Very rare time to pull for UL. Uniforms were ugly. Got tired of hearing what a great QB Winston is. Palmer mentioned in chances for another Heisman, another announcer mentioned his off the field actions will prevent him from repeating no matter what happens on the field. FSU has not handled this thing very well. Hope Miami can beat them in a couple of weeks, but if not, one of the other 3 in the playoff will knock them off.

I liked their uniforms, but I haven't seen them on tv. They looked good in person. UL pulled out all the stops last night. They had a ton of former players there, including NFL players. They had Muhammed Ali there. And, I got to see their hopes dashed in person. Fun night for me.

Bet it was a great night!

Close-up shots..they looked better...more defined and you could see red and shiny material contrasting with the dead gray. Camera pans out and the team looked like a conglomerate of dirty medium gray with no reflected light...almost like you'd expect the bad guys to look in Lord of the Rings. lol Florida St was glowing in comparison.

I kind of liked them on some weird level too. haha But I wouldn't want us to put one on.

Sad that Ali is fading away. The only person that could match him for electrifying a crowd was Elvis. Imagine being in a room with the two of them. It happened.
