Can't argue with polls they are like bowl games for the fans. But looking at it we have beaten two of the top five teams in the conference and after Saturday it will be 3 out of five we make 4 and don't play the 5th how are we not the number one team in the conference. Compare that to the team no 1 in this senerio they have beaten 1 team in top five and don't play two of them. JMO

Simply pointing out fact no need for GSU to get all upset I think its a fair question. I know you don't play Ark St but who's Ulala did the conference give them a pass on the Cajuns and Astate.

There has been very little fun riding the App coaster this year. I just hope it keeps climbing from here on starting with GaSt.

Yea we are lucky not to play GSU and Idaho we run from no one. You are high and mighty because you have beaten one team with a winning record USA everyone else are cup cakes. Heck you've only played two teams with winning records so how good are you really. Can't speak for A State but we've only play one team with a losing record so how good are we no one knows because thanks to this screwed up schedule we will never know who is better.

I'd have to go back and research pre-season threads (and I really don't have the time); but I think most Ga Southern fans were pleased they weren't playing either ASU or UL in the inaugural season in the Belt. Seems easy to postulate the bias was in Ga Southern's favor.............
Do we even play next year? Seems I recall we don't play until the following season.

I'm trying to remember which schools were against a Conference Championship game because they might have to play another tough game. Can somebody refresh my memory?

We do not want to rush to add some warm (or cold) body just to get a championship game.

Why is that so hard to understand? If you have an all-sports candidate that is ready, fits culturally, and is in the footprint, then spit it out.

And also, find someone who will pay for and televise it so that it at least breaks even.

Why? The plan is to have it at the home of the team with the best record. Then espn would simply pick a station and time to air the game.

Actually there were a few on here (cajuns and some state) that wanted nothing to do with a ccg no matter who was added or if the ncaa allowed it with only 11 teams.
