OT: 2014-15 Coaching Carousel
As of right now...

OPEN:
SMU
Troy
Kansas
Buffalo

LIKELY WILL OPEN:
Michigan
Florida
Tulsa

INTERESTING TO SPECULATE ON:
Miami (rough start, but has gotten on a roll)
Virginia Tech (new AD... Will Beamer retire?)
Mississippi State (will Mullen jump to Florida?)
Vanderbilt (will they pull the plug after one terrible year?)
BYU (Mendenhall's seat is at the very least "warm.")
Houston (is Levine "Safe" or not? IDK)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Figured, I'd toss it out there... Did I miss any? (Probably) Am I off base on any of these? (Also, probably...)

Troy and Eddie O seem made for each other...bumble&%$# Alabama seems like the perfect fit for him.

Indiana – Kevin Wilson (3-4) – Idle
Michigan – Brady Hoke (3-4) – lost to Michigan State 35-11

RE: OT: 2014-15 Coaching Carousel
Hoke is gone, look for him to fill a HC position at a G5 at best.
Beamer probably safe unless the season completely unravels, new AD will probably want to show continuity and give Beamer at least one opportunity to go out with a good record before promoting Foster or hiring his own guy.

Im hearing there could be some surprise changes in the SEC, but nothing I can confrim.

RE: OT: 2014-15 Coaching Carousel
UH would open IMO only if.

1. We lose out
2. A named coach wanted the gig. Just throwing a name out there but if Leach wanted the UH job.
3. Donors that put up money for the stadium and/or the basketball facility wanted a change.
4. CTL did not want to adjust his offense staff.
5. Our President decided she wants to hire someone else.

Vandy has been extraordinarily patient with coaches over the years. Maybe with their taste of success for 3 years that won't be so patient anymore.
I can't see FIU firing Turner - they've actually had a remarkable in-season turnaround.
I can see Hawaii ditching Chow.
