There are lots of things you can determine intent on. Pretty much all of those things you mentioned have to be intentional except for stepping on limbs which might be intentional or not intentional.

Our guy Trim should be suspended IMO but I guess he just said he didn't intend to hurt anyone. I just think it's chicken crap all the way around, you either did something wrong or you didn't, if you did enough to be reprimanded, well then you did it. No swinging, no spitting, no diving at players knees..they should all be given a 1 game suspension for their actions.

I'm just glad Whitt finally got called out for being a loose cannon

I appreciate you don't have any more games of import this season and want to keep the hate going but if the video review warranted suspension it would have happened. Benson tossed Q. Lee for the WKU game because Alcorn's QB ducked to avoid a hit and got hit in the helmet. In fact he suspended him over the objection of the supervisor of officials.

Why send a message, King Karl has already decided to send a message. If throwing a punch is no longer suspension worthy, neither is diving at a players knees.

What Karl essentially said is that 5 players and two coaches committed acts that had a competent officiating crew called the game, would have resulted in ejections and automatic suspensions. But because the officials were stupid and missed half of it, they all get off with warnings.

What an amazing system of justice this league has!

I shocked he even mentioned the punch that would seem to be fighting and that's an automatic.

I don't think one player "throwing a punch" is "fighting". It's weird.

If two players throw a punch its "fighting". If one player has unsportsmanlike conduct and the other throws a punch then it is "fighting" on both.

Do you think any of the players will remember all of this by next year's game in Jonesboro?

And no, I don't have anything else to do when it comes to commenting on an athlete that doesn't play the game the right way. But I'm sure that's okay with you guys, clearly your post makes it almost unanimous amongst Ark St fans. I don't care what happen to Lee, did he try to take a another athletes knee out?

He's a monster and he should be flogged at midfield of your next game though I'm suspecting you don't play any more based on your posts. Maybe your reprimanded coaches and the puncher which is quite deliberate can hand out the punishment to the only bad guy involved. Our coaches have been handing out punishments rather than participating.

I don't endorse any of it and I wish we all had halos just as shiney as the Cajuns.

We handle all punishments in house...always have always will. That's our prerogative. We'll start announcing public suspension the minute Hudspeth publicly disciplines the kid who threw the punch.

Meanwhile Benson can hand out pretend reprimands and pretend the SBC has this under control.
