Which AAC team is going to what bowl game?
AAC bowls for 2014:
Peach Bowl, Atlanta, Ga???
BBVA Compass Bowl, Birmingham, Ala. – vs. SEC
Bitcoin Bowl St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg, Fla. – vs. ACC
Miami Beach Bowl, Miami, Fla. – vs. BYU
Military Bowl presented by Northrop Grumman, Annapolis, Md. – vs. ACC
Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl, Fort Worth, Texas – vs. Army/Big 12
Teams I think will end 6-6 or better:
East Carolina 3-0 6-1
UCF 3-0 5-2
Houston 2-1 4-3
Memphis 2-1 4-3
Cincinnati 2-1 4-3
Temple 2-2 4-3

Houston is almost a 100% lock to play in the Armed forces bowl. As long as we win 6 games, but that is no guarantee with our HC in charge.

If Ucf beats ECU and gets a little luck from the committee, I'll wager peach bowl. Considering all that is unlikely, I'll go with st Pete against Miami

The only who can get to the Peach would be ECU and they would have to win out impressively to get there.
The rest of the bowls will not necessarily work out in order of finish. I think many of the bowls will pick the AAC squad based on geographical location and matchup. The Miami Beach Bowl, for example, will not pick UCF or Houston because they have already played BYU. I wouldn't be surprised to see Houston get the nod in the Armed Forces Bowl to play a B12 school due to proximity. Memphis could get the Birmingham Bowl for the same reason.
Edit: As UC alum/fan I would love to see my Cats get Louisville in one of the ACC matchups.

I think regardless of 6 wins or 9 wins Memphis ends up in the Bham bowl.
As of right now I'm putting ECU in the Access.
UCF in the Bitcoin.
Houston Armed Forces.
Cincy to Miami.
Temple to Military.

Not that it rules it out at all, but FWIW Cincy is already scheduled to face BYU next season. If that keeps them out of Miami, I would say St Pete is most likely.

It won't be easy for Temple to win two more games. The one winnable game for Temple is on the road. If Temple has a bowl game on the line I would favor them to beat Tulane the final game of the season. If they have lost 6 straight and have nothing to play for they could easily lose to Tulane.
P.J. Walker has to eliminate the mistakes for Temple to have a chance of going bowling.
This is the rest of Temple's schedule.

RE: Which AAC team is going to what bowl game?
Access Bowl - ECU vs P5
Birmingham Bowl - Memphis vs SEC
St Pete Bowl - UCF vs ACC
Miami Bowl - Cincy vs BYU
Military Bowl - Temple vs ACC
Armed Forces Bowl - Houston vs B12
Geographically these seeds make the most sense. I think everyone is within 4 hours driving of their bowl except for Cincy.
If the AAC champ is in the access bowl and Temple isn't bowl eligible then we wouldn't be able to fill all of our slots. Which bowl would be left out? The Miami bowl is the probably the lowest on the totem pole but I would hate to do that to BYU.

I would love for BYU and Cincinnati to play in Miami. That would jump start the games in '15 and '16.

They give us a 16% chance to win out and y'all are putting us in the peach? I'd love it....but that's a tall task. I'm worried about winning the next one-two.

UCF fans were saying the same thing around this time last year...that said, Temple was tough for them too

Temple is slow! I mean real slow! I think ECU rolls them.
