Top Three
Brandon Bridge, South Alabama
Terrance Broadway, Louisiana-Lafayette
Kevin Ellison, Georgia Southern

Underrated
Nick Arbuckle, Georgia State
Taylor Lamb, Appalachian State

Disappoiting
Tyler Jones, Texas State
Pete Thomas, Louisiana-Monroe

I believe that Linehan QB at Idaho has been underrated also.

Yeah Bleacher Report is a joke website but Jones has fallen off these past two weeks. He is only disappointing because he was ridiculously good starting out, people need to remember he is still a sophomore and he will have a few down games now and then. His talent is undeniable and consistency will come in time I just feel bad for the team we face when he gets back on his game.

I'd like to add Troy's Brandon Silvers as a disappointment this year. He's young, maybe he can improve and be the QB we hope and need.

They listed ODU's qb Taylor Heinicke as disappointing as well. I know first hand that he is an excellent college quarterback and will be drafted fairly high despite ODU's struggles this year.

I bet the guy that put this together hasn't watched 80% of these guys play.

Have watched three games of ODU this year and only one I saw that he looked good in was the Rice game.

Silvers had a good game against NMSU though didn't he, and won the freshman of the week voting I believe for that game. He has the talent, freshman tendency for up and down may be direct correlation to other teams rush also. Believe he is a keeper in the long run.

Agreed, but he's running for his life or on his back. Later in this piece he said, "Christian Hackenberg's stats have been a disappointment, but anyone who has watched Penn State play knows that to be less because of Hackenberg and more because of his offensive line."
