Seminole is too busy tonight scouting player talent for the NFL teams and Mel Kiper Jr to post on our silly message board tonight. Let the man conduct his talent evaluations in peace.

I would like for him to come back one more time and explain this. I definitely want to see that one. And then have him go away.

Ah...Crazy Cajun bringing class wherever he goes. Seriously though this was a more impressive game by UL to me than last year. Last we had a coach who was still trying to force square pegs into round holes. At least this bunch knows knows what they have. If you can't stop the run and we didn't you are in trouble. Now we get to see if Hudspeth can finish.

This was a very entertaining game I never felt stAte was out of the game because of your strike ability. To me it says a lot about both programs. As much as I hate Tuesday night home games I could see why the two teams were chosen. Don't look like we will play each other on Saturday for a while which is a shame. great game guys.

You can be a more talented team and still lose a game. I'm not saying I agree with him but I don't see how one loss could change his mind.

What I hated is that it was on up against the World Series. I get playing on Tuesday to get a sort of captive audience and be the only game on, but opening night of the world series sort of defeats the purpose.

Anybody know the numbers on the attendance?

Listed at 21,600 approx. - but we notoriously under report - It looked like about 23,000, which is not great, but not terrible for a Tuesday night Sun Belt game.

I just have one question for ASU fans; what the hell was your coach thinking when he tried to fake the punt out of the end zone? That had to be the goofiest play call I have ever witnessed. (well, outside of peewee football) 04-jawdrop

Disclaimer: I am no coach, so if anyone can give a rational explanation for this play, I am all ears.

Spiking the ball on 4th down or calling a time out when you don't have one is a brain fart, that my freind was massive neuro-diarrhea.

I agree completely. I thought, aside from a certain fake punt call, both teams had game plans that played to their strengths and the Cajuns O-Line was the difference in the game.

Just like last year, the conference race isn't over for either team. ASU has to take care of business and gets 3 of the last 4 at home while UL has to stay focused after the biggest game on the schedule and not slip up with 3 of their last 4 on the road.

ASU is a very young team and has a chance to finish with a 4th straight bowl game. We return every skill player on offense and 3 starting OL next year. We just got beat on the road by a talented team that didn't turn the ball over all night. No doom and gloom here.

Osage, suck it dude! You and some of your azz clowns are in no position to mention the word class on this board or your own. I've read enough of your fans crap that last few weeks to last a life time. Anderson is a goofball and he loves him some thugs!
