I like the new logo! I'm hopeful they can have plenty of success, and we get to play in it this year.

I hope it is on Sunday so I don't feel bad about cheating on Chick Fil A while I watch it.

That's a bad date for any bowl game that expects fans to travel to it from more than a couple hours away.

Never been. I grew up in Baton Rouge and ate a lot of Raisin Canes, but now my wife and I eat Chick Fila every chance we get. We should try it next time we go to Ruston.

To me it's like canes except the sauce tastes different. I like canes sauce better.

4 appetizers, 4 salads, and 3 desserts. But really most people that go there are going to get chicken fingers or a chicken sandwich...along with crinkle fries, toast, and cole slaw...and a sauce that looks like cane's sauce but doesn't taste as good.

RE: Zaxby's Heart of Dallas Bowl
Im a Chick fil A guy too, because we have a ton of them, but man, when I'm near a Zaxby's I stop. Probably not as good a sandwich as CFA, but everything else, including the salads, is better. Man, I want Zaxbys now. Theres a Canes on the ODU campus. Its good, but not as good as the others IMO.

Terrible date for a bowl game and sad thing is, it may end up being the best cusa has if we dont get the independence bowl in indy vs acc.

Better hope MU gets the access or takes the Indy bowl or no la tech in HoD :)

RE: Zaxby's Heart of Dallas Bowl
Cane's vs. Zaxby's
Chicken - Zaxby's. Just doesn't seem to be as greasy to me.
Toast - Draw. Too similar to give anyone an edge.
Fries - Cane's. The little crinkle cut fries are always crispier than the bigger ones.
Sauce - Zaxby's. Their sauce seems to be a little tangier which gives it an edge IMHO.
Tea- Cane's. Battling Captain D's for maybe the best sweet tea in a fast food joint.
Coleslaw - Draw. No one ever eats that crap.
Menu - Zaxby's. Really good salads and plenty of other options. Really good birthday cake milkshake.

Verdict: Zaxby's by a hair.

RE: Zaxby's Heart of Dallas Bowl
so we have Zaxby's and Popeye's as sponsors for our bowl games. I think that we should get the American Hear Association to sponsor our league is some form or fashion just to balance things out!
