Looking like it will be in the mid to high 70's for much of the game.

A running back would have doubled the yardage is what I'm saying. Craft is one of my favorites. He's a slot guy not a rb though

It's painfully obvious that Cooper is a far better option at running back than Craft and Hayes. Craft is as much a running back as Lynch is. Hayes is just too small for anything but screen passes and options. Cooper is as close to Dorceus as we can get right now. Too bad our coaches aren't seeing what we do.

Yeah, cause we see so much more of them than they do. 01-wingedeagle

We see what matters. Games.

I didn't know the coaches don't attend. Is that why we've been so terrible the last few years?

How can anyone argue that Craft is our best RB option when we have actual running backs on the team? He is a good player, but a running back he is not. Anyone could rip holes in Cincy and SMU. Running Craft up the middle in the Houston game killed our offense. It would have been a great gameplan for Dorceus, but not Craft. Of course it isn't his fault, but we do have much better options than him at RB.

It's already been addressed by the coaches. Craft is way ahead when it comes to blocking and picking up on blitzes/pass protection. The end. But I'm sure you know more about this than the coaches. I thought you were being sarcastic at first but now I have to wonder...

I'm not sure how abandoning the run game for pass protection helps us. Hard to tell how a player will perform when they are never given a chance (Cooper). Drew Barham was a great practice player, but you know how that turned out.

He is being given a chance, just like any other freshman you ease in, at the end of games and in games against lesser opponents, like today. You're probably really good at NCAA 14 on PS3 aren't you.

It looked hot on TV. I could not handle living in the heat in late October.

Me neither. I'm glad I turned down that job in Austin right about now.

I refused a job in Orlando in part because of the heat. I like the change of seasons.

Yep, when the yankees up here ask how I could leave that fine New Orleans weather when I moved from Louisiana, I kinda have to roll my eyes a little. Nola summers are as miserable as Iowa winters imho.

It isn't always sticky up in the Dallas area. The sun was hot today but it was not muggy. My wife got hot because she was too stubborn to wear shorts.

Great to see so many Tiger fans at the game. It was also impressive to see all the tailgating at "The Boulevard" by SMU fans, but they must not have come in for the game
