It could be possibile, like when Boise State and TCU both played in BCS bowls in 2009. But it would be rare, and it's not going to happen this year.

That was 2010, and they played each other like i stated in the post earlier. That is the only way both make it, is if the cartel can avoid getting spanked and they make us play each other then dismiss the winner as never playing anyone.

It was the 2009 season.

It was the 2010 fiesta bowl.... but hey, dont let facts get in the way.

The statement was "when Boise State and TCU both played in BCS bowls in 2009". That is FACTUALLY incorrect. They did not play in a BCS bowl in 2009.

I corrected that to 2010, providing a source. And that is a valid statement. Had you said "when tcu and boise played in the BCS bowl AFTER the 2009 season" it would have been correct.

Not sure why it is so hard to say someone else is correct, of course, i know it would eat you and mtp up to actually admit I am right on anything due to you personal vendettas

I didn't say you were wrong, just pointed out that it was the 2009 season, I'm perfectly aware that the game was played in January of 2010, were I disagreeing with you I would have said "it was 2009, not 2010", but I wasn't disagreeing.

The larger point I was making was that because it was the 2009 season, I don't think the distinction that the game was played in 2010 was necessary, but hey man, don't let minor details that have no bearing on the greater point of the thread go unchecked. Not everything has to be a confrontation.

Remember that some folks "must" get the last word in, regardless. Personally, I usually let those types have their last say, FWIW.

Fair enough.

Considering the oft contentious nature of our conversations, I suppose I could have been more clear.

Let's enjoy this common ground while it lasts.

The statement was it was the 2009 season. Look up a few posts. I don't have any vendetta with you in particular, just stupid in general. And anytime I see something stupid these days it seems to be coming from your direction.
