Wasn't a fumble, but Georgia State blew the goal line package and turned it over on downs.

Jaguars have it 3rd and 10 from the 1 at the end of the 1st quarter. 10-7 USA leads.

Sooner or later Ga. State is going to win one of these games. Maybe they just need to go on the road-- they seem to play better there than they do in Atlanta.
