At the risk of sounding awful, if he didn't kill a man or a woman did he still kill a human?

I've always wondered how that plays out when some places use the term "man or woman." What if neither?

Transgender people still tend to pick one or the other. You dont find many truly androgenous folk.

My assumption is that the victim was liable to be a prostitute and when he realized that what he thought was a chick had a d*ck; he killed him/her.

Be willing to put money on that. Course his buddies on base coulda, shoulda warned the guy about the likelihood of that happening.

That said, killing a person is killing a person, don't think it will matter much what the plumbing is.
