The annual Homecoming Parade will be returning to campus this year and will take place on Sunday, October 26!

I saw this happening from the third story of Jones Hall. It didn't click for a minute what was going on. Didn't look like too many people were there.

Was fun.

A little shorter than in past years...but lots of kids, high school kids and college students.

They need to go back to having them on Friday afternoons. That would at least get more faculty/staff involved, and would likely have more students still wrapping up classes for the day.

Couldn't do that for obvious reasons. All for the Friday night exposure, but terrible planning having homecoming on a Friday.

Yeah, this one wouldn't have worked on Friday obviously.....then go for Thursday - anything to get more students & people on-campus involved.

I am glad they put it back on-campus, at least. Last year they did it at Tiger Lane the morning before a late afternoon game (if memory serves) and they probably had an even worse turnout.
