I can't believe someone actually predicts us to go to a bowl. I'm a realist and that's a pretty far reach. But cool nonetheless!

Bitcoin isn't ACC conditional, it's straight up AAC vs. ACC this year. Next year it's AAC vs. CUSA. The ACC and CUSA rotate every other year as the opponent to AAC.

Hope for less than 76 teams to become bowl eligible and you're in.

If UTSA reaches a bowl game they will set another record. Fastest start up program to make a bowl

Not one bowl projection has figured it out and gotten it right for us.
If my hints haven't registered previously here's a more obvious one....
MURFREESBORO – The Middle Tennessee Athletic Department will offer the opportunity for the general public to gain applications for passports on Monday, September 29. This will take place in the Gameday Room adjacent to Floyd Stadium from 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM.

We'd better win four more games before we even talk about this. That'll be no easy task with the team I saw play against Memphis.

It's SBNation. Can't expect too much from them.

Wouldn't UTEP have to win C-USA to go to the Heart of Dallas Bowl?

C-USA winner gets to choose the bowl they want. I think they'll choose HOD as long as a Big Ten team is available. It's the most attractive opponent we have.

Yep. They keep projecting us to he bahamas bowl lol. If that happens i would not even tune in. We have a once in 15 years type of team, if they are relegated to playing toledo (the mac 4/5) in the bahamas.... oh wow.

How crazy would that be if there are only 75 teams eligible and we both get a spot.#1 and #2.

If given the choice, Marshall will not play a MAC opponent. We have basically played the MAC East in OOC games. Not any reflection on the MAC champion, but it would be underwhelming to play the same conference this many times in a season.

What if it meant an easier road to a perfect season?

That's not how you pick when you know you're good enough to beat anybody.

Lol. Marshall didn't start an easy schedule conspiracy five years ago knowing conference realignment would happen, Louisville would cancel, and the bowl sutuation would change. If our AD knew all of this, he is the modern day Nostradamus. He should quit and play the lottery.
We had no problem with Maryland. I don't think we're scared.

Settle down. My comment had absolutely nothing to do with your scheduling. I was just asking if you all were undefeated going in to bowl season, would you take the likelihood of beating the bowl opponent in to account when choosing a bowl? I mean I have to be honest, I know I would. If the choices were a pretty sure bet win against a MAC team and a not so sure win against a P5...I think I take the better chance at an undefeated season (especially when a NY Day bowl isn't an option, assuming it isn't in this scenario). The chance to have an undefeated season doesn't happen that frequently...
