That was maybe during the time when you guys were the FIU of today. I remember people were just kind of "Meh" about it when it wasn't super competitive.

Probably was 2008? There was an official/announced of only 11,817 when MT won 21-10. MT was 3-6 at the time (yikes) and WKU 2-8.

It was cold and wet. Nobody wanted to be there. Pretty sure the PA guy was the only one excited about that game.

THIRD DOWN THUNDER with 4 people cheering was pretty comical.

I remember that day well, it was Nov. 2008, because I had to move that day...It was miserable to say the least, and was a cold drizzle/rain all day....

I couldn't feel my feet on the walk back to the car. Coldest game I have ever stood through... (Wasn't sitting on the wet bleachers.)

The buttkicking was sweet!

We know. We got to experience the feeling 5 times. 5-2.

Actually, MT has enjoyed the Experience 17 time beginning in 1925; while the Mighty Tigers have only 8 victories over "Little Middle"! So, you'd think they would want to renew the Series for about 10 more years to get even.
