Lembo wasn't using his TO's so Campbell pulled Swanson. o/w it would have been 41-23.

I'm still concerned that this program continues to struggle with being focused for 4 quarters. We jump to the early lead after I think the first 4 plays of the game...then have the 2-hour delay BUT finish the first quarter with 2 more TDs, so I don't think the delay hurt us or our momentum--and then we proceeded to be out scored over the last 3 quarters. Very frustrating.

And left a TD off the board at the end of the game...

To be fair, though--we got the ball inside Ball State territory after the penalty when the onside kick went out of bounds. After a couple positive runs by the Rockets, Ball State pretty much conceded the last few minutes of play down 2 scores. So while it was good to see Toledo not give the ball back and run the clock out, we may not have been in a situation where we left points on the field at the end had Ball Stare kicked deep instead. Who knows?
We could of scored at the end, but allot of good coaches would think it was tacky. Ball State had timeouts and were not using them. COME ON MAN [MEN]!!!!

Ball State had already run up the white flag so taking a knee to end the game was the right call. It is not like we needed to score "style points" to impress the voters in the AP poll or anything,
