I've had to change my password a few times also for that same reason Dip.

Whether or not it expires depends on why you were warned. Since it hasn't expired by now I suspect the reason you were warned is one that doesn't expire.

A 50% warn isn't a ban. But it does automatically put that user into moderation. Meaning all ... ALL ... new posts made must be approved by a mod before they are able to be publicly seen.

It is his site. If anyone is going to have that many posts I'd expect the site owner to. Beside this site was active a LONG time before any Bronco fans came on board.
