Yeah it's tough to do much when the defender is wrapping you up as you are taking the handoff

He has broke more than a couple of those only to get hit immediately after that... OU looks really solid

INT. Nice play by Bates but that was dumb trying to pitch it.

We looked a little better in the 2nd half and the QB has some talent

OL looked a lot better than last year in pass protection. Sokal only got drilled when OU blitzed. Other than that not as much improvement as we need to beat ULL. Beat ULL and the fans will be happy, if not i hope to god HOLTZ gets the boot.

That's a joke. The guy inherited a mess. He's rebuilding with high school kids. Not signing 15 JUCOs like Dykes did. It's going to take a couple years. Punish him for doing it the right way and the next guy will come in, load up with JUCOs for a 2 year run then leave just like Sonny did. And ULL is probably at their peak this year. I don't expect to win, but I think we have a chance.

OU is predicted by many college football analysts to be in the college playoffs this year. La Tech really never had a chance to win this game. As long as Tech came out of this game with serious injuries then all is good.

Thank you. In all I've read this morning, I believe we got out of Norman with a big ol check and no serious injuries. That said, I hate that we have to play those schools.
