I got confused. My bad, I'm used to NCState being a constant opponent to AAC teams.

this shall be a nice little starter game for ECU...unless they USF themselves in the face.

It's also Central is nowhere near McNeese. McNeese I think is usually one of the better FCS teams, while Central is pretty much a dog at that level. I expect the 40 point line is about right.

Central isn't WCU by any stretch. I think they just started a couple years ago and they were right at .500 last year, more like playing Charlotte.
