I'm going to pick UConn over BYU and I'd love to see UMass take out BC.

This is the easiest pick right here.

What? No WVU over Alabama07-coffee3.

I only put ones that have a chance of happening.

JK, you need to scroll down, it's a code block to make it readable.

Definitely...GA Southern over NC State 21.

Triple option is going to gut the NC State defense clean.

That's an interesting pick right there. You would think NC State would be the premier FB school in NC, but it's just never happened. They cannot even take over the BB school in Chapel Hill in FB. Maybe ECU's success has something to do with it. Who knows?

RE: Pick the underdog
sounds crazy but it may might be okst/fsu

cal/northwestern both aren't good and cal has an offense

utsa/houston but my homerism refuses to admit that

but anyone notice the temple line dropping like hotcakes?? started at 21

RE: Pick the underdog
These are the PLAUSIBLE upsets, IMO:

Texas AM over South Carolina 10
Boise State over Mississippi 10
Temple over Vanderbilt 14
UConn over BYU 16
Virginia over UCLA 21
Cal over Northwestern 10
GA Southern over NC State 21
W.Michigan over Purdue 11

Out of all those, I'll take W Michigan over Purdue (just because I see no signs of life from Purdue).

That one and Cal were my runner up picks.

I'm going homer with Temple over Vanderbilt 14, although I think Boise will probably record an upset over Ole Miss.

I'll go with WMU over Purdue. It seems like at least one MAC team beats a B1G team every year.

I can't go with just one. I think the most likely winners from that list are BSU and UTSA.

Georgia Southern's coach was hired away by Army. IIRC from the USA Today preview, the new coach will not be running the option. Which means there may be severe growing pains for Ga Southern.
