That's an interesting pick right there. You would think NC State would be the premier FB school in NC, but it's just never happened. They cannot even take over the BB school in Chapel Hill in FB. Maybe ECU's success has something to do with it. Who knows?
UNC is the flagship for all extensive purposes (resources, money, no classes, free trips to Miami), but they still struggle to have a top 25 year more than once every 5 years.

Updated with final results. Overall 9 of 15 correctly picked upsets and 14 of 15 won against the spread. Those are pretty amazing results.
