Cold beer in an air-conditioned stadium is a lovely thing.

This season FIU will, for the first time, sell beer to everyone not just for people in premium seating/suites.

Need to email ESPN and let them know, haha.....Its been great at WKU, no complaints, beer is cheap when compared to NFL stadiums and seems like no problems with it...

Marshall has debated the idea. I wish we would, it would help bring in more revenue and get those 1-2K people who stay in the lots during the game drinking, to come in the stadium. Monitored correctly, it could be a positive for the school.

Yea I noticed that but did not want to go all ULL on everyone....ESPN had it down last few seasons, but this season every mention has been bizarre, not sure whats going on?

FAU just announced that they will sell beer to the general admission folks this year.

Previously you had to sit in the Hyundai or Acura deck levels to buy beer and wine.

Increased revenue in beer sales will be offset by the decreased revenue of soda (aka: mixer).

I wouldn't think so.

I don't drink soda period, I'd buy multiple beers at any game. Even those that do buy soda for mixing seem to get by on buying one maybe two.

We sit in The Roost at Rice Stadium in the upper deck. It's the only spot where beer can be sold and consumed. I know they make a lot of money on the beer sales. The view is unbeatable.
