Its been speculated for a while but now it's official. He's 6'4" and averaged 13.5ppg, 3.5rpg, 3.6apg for Vandy his sophomore year in 12-13. He's eligible immediately and will have 2 years eligibility. Rumor is he isn't in game shape due to sitting out last season but if he can get that back pretty quick more than likely he will start for us almost right away.

Any rumors on why he was suspended? How in the world does Memphis sign high end talent one after the other? Ar there minutes available for this kid?

Memphis certainly needs to add SOMEONE...especially after losing by 30 the other day to Carleton (a school from Canada in an exhibition)...

Given the roster that was up in Canada and other players not enrolling till Fall. I don't understand how you would try to troll this one.

I'm always amazed how schools pluck kids with less than a week until school begins.

Lead Vandy in scoring and assists his last year there. After losing five seniors, four of them guards, we need this guy.

This Memphis will certainly be interesting if nothing else. At least two and maybe three probable starters aren't even on campus yet.

I hear he invited 2 friends over to his dorm, and let them in. After they hung out the 2 friends left his room, but broke into several dorms and stole from them before they left. He did not participate, but was suspended for allowing them in the dorm building.

I'm sure Wisconsin said the same thing about their loss to them last season...they ended up in the Final Four.

Plenty of minutes available. We lost 4 senior guards from last season. All four 1 and 2 guards this year have played 0 minutes of D1 ball. Assuming Kedren gets in shape, he could start, right off the bat. Could definitely make a difference.

We were in his final 4 when he decided out of HS. He is from a town close to Nashville, and not that far from Memphis.

Yep, he's been on the radar for a long time. He was a two time Mr. TN in basketball.
