Holman Highlights: Now with more Holman

EDIT:

The timing of our loss may be excellent. Holman clearly ensured his starting role from here on out. With no real QB battle, we can focus on building Holman.

If Stanback and Hall can make a comeback, Holman performs the way he did, and the OLine gels, I see no reason we can't make a great run at the At Large spot.

Love hearing the UCF crowd roar. Amazing how many fans we had in Ireland.

I am happy Holman is coming into his own, I just wish GOL had figured it out earlier! DiVino was struggling and there was no way we were getting any worse than what we were doing. Holman should have been put in in the second quarter.

According to Bianchi, GOL almost named Holman after the spring game, but let them play it out over the summer. DiNovo's ability to run the huddle won the job.

RE: Holman Highlights:
The being able to manage the huddle as a reason to start DeNovo was just GOL's speak for "let's get back to only running the ball". I have tolerated GOL at best for 10+ years and it is clear that he may be a great coach in preparing players in practice but is to stubborn and inflexible when it comes to game execution. Would Brent Key please step up and put one finger on each hand up.
