You guys that continually disect Josh's use of the English language after each time he makes a public statement are really pitiful. If this childish mocking of the coach is the only thing you have to contribute, then why even bother? I certainly don't find it insightful nor humorous.

Obviously people criticizing his language know nothing about “Coach Speak”.

I usually don't get into other posters comments, but I was very impressed by what I heard from Coach in this video. The aspects of the game that he seems to be honing in on now, are the intangibles that will allow our team to compete in every game. Honestly, that's something that we didn't have last year. We had some gr8 wins, but also in that mix was some terrible loses. To hear him emphasize Toughness;Rebounding and Defense specifically from the point of attack or on-the-ball was awesome...

Maybe there are just persons here that are looking for4 negativity, just to be annoying, or because of supreme boredom.....But that was honestly one of the best assessments that I have heard from CJP..... I am also very excited that we are working intensively early to become more effective and efficient earlier in the season...

To be honest, It finally feels like we're building a championship caliber mindset from a Coaching perspective , that will eventually fester into and be adopted by the players and of-course, eventually, the FANS

Obviously Josh is more comfortable in one-on-one interviews, but when there is a media frenzy he tends to just ramble on and repeat the same thing over and over. Coach speak, I guess.

I have to give bonus points to the interviewer these last two games also. Nothing worse to listen to than lame questions.

Yup. Lame questions, leading questions, non-sequitur questions... Some of the time, CJP has to be on his guard for questions that can be misinterpreted, used out of context used against others...etc.

Interviews can be a lot more candid when you know the interviewer is not out to prove himself at your expense...or out to 'get you'.

He should be the only guy allowed to ask Josh any questions. Everyone else should be put on mute.
