When do we normally pay for basketball season tickets?

When do we normally pay for basketball season tickets?
I can't remember. I know donations were in May, are the tickets in Sept or Oct?

I usually pay in maybe May. I e-mailed them three times over the summer and never heard back from them. I called last week and they said they weren't on sale yet. They said it'll be later this year than normal.
