Injuries
Just a few injury notes: Austin Lewis was on crutches Saturday, but Fleck said it's a minor knee thing and said he'll be back in a couple weeks. Fleck said Lewis is probably for Purdue, but if not then he fully expects him ready for Idaho.

Jason Sylva is in a walking boot. Fleck said it's a toe injury. I'm assuming broken toe. Fleck said they'll see how it looks in a few weeks and see if it's healed or if surgery is needed.

RE: Injuries
Thanks David... Fingers crossed that this is as bad as it gets before the first game... and also that they can survive that Purdue game rather injury free. If I recall, the MSU game beat us up pretty bad last year.

David, why won't you work for free?

Sincerely,

Thanks David.

Keep on plugging and doing the best you can with what you have to work with. Personally, I appreciate the info you are able to get us.

RE: Injuries
I look forward to David Drew's reporting. All the information that I've read concerning positions and responses from the coaches has been from David.

Thank you so much for your coverage and looking forward to more.

Thanks David! If this is all there is to report, then we're far better off than we were last year at this time. Cross your fingers and knock on wood, let's watch a healthy team roll into Purdue!

RE: Injuries
DD had a nice article on Chance Stewart tonight, along with an article about the team going to the pool for a diving competition.

Not sure why he just didn't write a brief article on the injuries, post it on Mlive, and link it here. Just one more way to drive traffic.

Boy you aren't kidding. Last year at this time it seems we were hearing daily of ACLs and broken ankles. Knock on wood we don't hear about that again in the coming weeks.
