RE: UTSA alternate helmet
The Rowdy head WITHOUT the "UTSA" wordmark is nice. I like Rowdy on the helmets, just wished there was a way to redesign it to look better on the helmets (JMO). Not sure you can do much more with a Roadrunner though. Would not be surprised to see more helmet alternates in the near future. Seems that our equipment department is spreading their wings & using a few companies to change up the look.

Another change was taking Riddell or Schutt off the front of the helmets & put UTSA in their place.

RE: UTSA alternate helmet
Any team with a bird logo on their helmet has my seal of approval. Very sharp and I want the UTSA of the "Come and Take it" flag to hang on my dorm room wall.

Will be used for the season opener @ Houston with all white unis.

The white on white could work out well.

I think I'd like the face mask as white or your blue.

Thanks, dude. They probably figured there would be too much blue on the helmet, and I tend to agree. The orange face mask brings a balance.

Texans love seeing the Texas Flag and the Alamo on the back of the helmet. Great touch

Very nice! Keep it. The roadrunner needs to be on the helmet at all times. This is a good look.
