We haven't had that kind of speed since Neal IMO.

Yeah, very rare in the MAC to get a player who can just out run people.

Brown from CMU could, Jennings could, Dre Archer had it.

I liked Dervon Wallace as a kick returner, not a burner per say, but he always took great routes on returns and made plays.

Yeah, seemed like we almost found him on an after thought. West was pretty good too, but I don't think we've had a true threat since Jennings.

I'll never forgive him for fumbling the punt up at Smelly. Few minutes left, he muffs the punt, Chimps recover and go down and score for a last minute come from behind win.

It's right up there with the goal line fumble a few years back.

Or the Touchdown that was no touchdown on that cold Tuesday night against the chimps. Was that the night Jamarko got the boot?

We took my daughter to that game......she was a year old. The game ran late, we were going to leave, and then we made a comeback. My wife took my daughter to the car and gave her a bottle. She sat in the Seeley lot with my crying daughter while I watched the rest of the game. My wife called me several times because my daughter was crying. She was pissed but I couldn't pull myself away from it after we came back.

First they called interference (watched the replay,it was a great play), then they hit the big strike, followed by the goal line stand. I was standing right on the goalie, and have no idea how the line judge could make such a quick decision.

As I was leaving our equipment manager ran after the line judge. He was on his heels yelling at him at him all the way to Bill Brown doors. Then some guy yelled at our DB as he was heading to the locker room (was the kid whose dad played at Nebraska) "Hey __________, you choked." The guy that said it ducked behind a wall after he said it, and the kid thought it was me. He asked if I had said that, I pointed to where it came from. Seriously, the kid wanted to kick my azz before that.

But yeah, that was a bad ending, but you have to admit that game was as good of theater as you'll find in college football.

My wife was really ticked when I got to the car, but luckily my daughter fell instantly asleep just in time to listen to Monty, Robin, and Cubit seeth in their post game show.

That is the perk of being up in the John Gill box. When it is hot you have air conditioning and when it is cold and rainy you have heat.

Still worse than that was Akron... I will never forget that return.

I was in the stands at the goal line yelling at the refs when they looked at the replay. Literally 10 feet from me. Ticked me right off when they called it a TD.

Dip, sounds like you were on the Stadium Dr side of the field. I was on the opposite. Replay screen was 10 feet in front of me. I actually watched the replay from behind the refs and was yelling that his forward progress was stopped. It didn't help.

Great Story Dipstick! It really says a LOT about you. Especially this part:

Quote:We took my daughter to that game......she was a year old... My wife took my daughter to the car and gave her a bottle. This from the "man" who was sermonizing the other week all about how FAMILY COMES FIRST! #hypocrite

So let me get this straight: Your poor wife is desperately calling you from the parking lot, BEGGING you to leave the game and take your poor baby home so she can be in her crib sleeping where she belongs at that time of night, yet you refuse to leave the stadium because your hatred for cmu and seeing who won was more important to you than the well-being of your own family. Isn't that wonderful? Family First!
#OBSESSED

Well, I've wasted enough time over you tonight. Bye.
