Nice article. Dumb headline. Paying his dues. WMU is not Alma. Its an FBS job and a better one than he just had. Playing at UofM does not make you too good for the MAC.

That was a good read. I don't see anything wrong with the headline, it wasn't taken as a slap at working in the MAC by me.

Really good article.

I didn't really have a problem with the title. I actually think that's probably a good description of how he is working his way up the ranks. From his first position at EMU, he has moved up to a position coach. It sounds like his hope is to continue gain experience and add responsibilities. I like the attitude he seems to have and hope someday he reaches his ultimate goals.
