I am hopeful for a week one victory, get some momentum and make some noise. I always say let's win the games we are supposed to and steal a couple.

Great effort from our coaches and staff. Progress that will bring more folks to the Liberty Bowl as the season progresses, rather than a dwindling crowd that seems to happen during losing seasons. I want a reason to be excited about watching the games, rather than having tailgating be the highlight of the day.

6 wins min. Time for "noticeable improvement" is past. We have 2 patsies on the schedule. At home. If we can't squeeze 4 wins elsewhere out of the schedule, I'll be sorely disappointed.

Those who know me will see this is a departure from my usual "14-0 - National Champs" mantra. I'm just trying a different tack this year...
