RE: Predict week 1's AAC scores
The aac should have a decent record after week 1. I see SMU as the only team that is very unlikely win.

RE: Predict week 1's AAC scores
Im indecisive and not sure what what to expect from certain teams so ill get 2 scores for some games 03-razz

ECU 41 Nccentral 7 (we get to see to if that back up we hear constantly about mid 3 quarter)

usf 28 WCU 14 (game not as close as score WCU with meaningless late td)

memphis 38-APU 3 (Peay is bad)

PSU 34 UCF 28 (sorry ucf fans, and i personally want ucf to win bad to have a huge houston vs ucf showdown week 5, but i believe hackenburg is the real deal)

byu 38- uconn 24 (too many question marks for uconn)

houston 35- utsa 21 (homer in me wanted to give houston a larger score but went the modest approach, utsa has only had 1 qb in history he is now gone, actually hes now a coach at houston)

tulsa 28- tulane 21 (BB knows everything is on the line and will bring everything he has)

cincy 35 toledo 21 (gunner kiel starts sloppy but cleans up with some big plays)

this is where my indecisive comes in and i give 2 score predictions

temple 34- vandy 21
vandy 28 temple 21
(vandy isnt putting up crazy amounts of points, the question is do they stop pj or does he have his breakout game)

baylor 55 smu 10
baylor 41 smu 28
(smu is losing thats pretty much set, the question is how will the qb look and can he put up a fight)

Yeah.......that's not happening. UCONN wins, but thanks for thinking the last 3 years means we'll suck for eternity.

i have uconn scoring 24 on byu an extremely good defense (texas, utah state, Georgia tech, notre damn, utah and virgina couldnt do last year , and wisconsin barely got 27)

and byu is projectd a very great team, your acting like i said uconn was losing to towson.

byu is working with a experienced qb, in an established system and took down some powers last year, uconn has a qb with only 4 games starting experience, learning a brand new system, under a brand new coach on his first ever game.

your response shocks me, as if calling uconn losing to byu is some kind of jab of uconn..maybe im saying byu is good? the score i have above is less a blowout than they gave texas and boise last year...and lets not pretend like uconn is some power either. no one is saying uconn will suck for eternity

but more power too you if you feel that way

Perhaps that last bit was an overexaggeration on my part. I don't take kindly to the potshots leveled at UCONN.

UCONN's not losing to BYU. It's just not happening. I can't say it any plainer than that.

Don't get me wrong I'm pulling for you guys... Having witness BYU last season vs Houston, I think UConn has to equal BYU on both sides of the ball to win this game, but more so on offense... I'm sorry, I just don't think you all have the fire power on offense to win this type of game, well, at least not this year, IMO.

UCF (39), Cincy (38), and SMU (59) were the only teams that put up 38+ on us. Notre Dame, Houston, and Louisville did not. Other than those first three, we allowed just under 25 PPG. Vandy is replacing their QB, top WR, and HC. We add two top JUCO safeties, our underclassmen have a year of experience under their belt, and we add a very talented recruiting class on defense. There is no way our defense will be worse. I highly doubt we lose by 24 and in the process give up 38. If we give up 38, it will be in a shoot out like the SMU game was.
