Here is the map. Louisiana, Montana, Mississippi, and Georgia (outside of the Atlanta area) were the happiest areas of the country. Statesboro is in the dark blue area as well.

I would be happy if Cajun food was a regular part of my diet too.

HA! Guys we all live in great places. I m totally biased, though.. there is NO place like Lafayette.

I wont say I am the biggest world traveler out there but I have been a few places... I always come back to Lafayette.

Its the Joie de Vivre!

So What...Jonesboro was voted the 2nd most likely town to experience a natural disaster. Something about being on a major fault line.

I know, ever since I moved to Idaho, I bring this huge cooler when I go visit Lafayette and load it up with fresh seafood, sausages, and Boudin ( tasty pork and rice in a sausage). You don't realize how good the food is until you move away.

If you ever come to Lafayette for a game, the Cajun fans tailgating love to share their food and beer with the visitors.

So when you come on down for a game, have a good time with them happy Cajuns :)

If Charlotte ever schedules a game with UL, I've already made it a priority to go to the game. I've never been to Louisiana before, so I would make a 4-5 day weekend out of it.

I have to say that Boone definately wins the prettiest area. Yea, it's good to hope 02-13-banana,

My wife and I rent a cabin around the Smokies every October to enjoy the fall colors. I will definitely rent the cabin and catch the game when we play over there. Hopefully it will be in peak fall foliage time, it's so pretty that I thought about buying a cabin in the mountains out there.

We do the same thing. Of course it still doesn't taste quite as good as when the Krewe De Chew cooks it.

Nothing like red clay dirt roads on a "cool" summer night in Georgia. Bring a pistol and a case of beer and you're set!

I'm in the little dot of dark blue on the Texas coast. Chose my retirement place well, I think.
