I don't know why you decided to take it there, but I simply misunderstood, admitted it, and thought that would be the end of it.

I think it was the "carry on" command you issued at the end, did you mean that as a permissive statement or did you mean something else by saying that?

It wasn't a "command" as you say. It was more/less an "oops, nothing to see here" comment, hence why I started it off saying nevermind.

New guy, how could you be so upset with hoekjeness? He's a great Bronco fan who somehow got into some beefs with other posters. He's as proud of his alma mater and into Bronco athletics as I am. Give him a chance!

Not really upset, more confused by him telling me to "carry on" like he's the boss here or something. Being new, can you tell me if he's the boss of this board or a moderator? I need to know who to watch from what I can tell.

I think that you have a better grasp on how to articulate your feelings than this Hoek guy, maybe you could mentor him? Hoak, about about that, run your quick draw responses by this Chip2 poster and see if he can't soften them up for you to catch your original intention without coming across so harsh?
