Not trying to be a smart azz....it might be more fun if there were more points being scored...as in more fun. For whatever reason...we don't get many quality wide open offensive coordinators that we see in places like Oregon, Oklahoma etc etc where their offenses are basically track meets.
Put the fun in the Fun Zone...and people will come.

LOL. Even the NFL has tax exempt status. It'll be a LONG time coming before it becomes even a remote possibility to remove it from colleges. The political uproar would be massive.

The only soccer I've been able to maintain an interest in is/was indoor soccer.
Kind of a Arena Football type of atmosphere.
