Thanks for posting this! It was a good watch! Nothing better to help get hyped up for the start of each new season than watching players putting in the work necessary for success! Time to comb YouTube for more preseason hype videos!

Man I love see Spray and the guys putting in work. Spray is one of the big reason the guys are successful.

UAB welcomed back former Blazer LB Zac Woodfin as the new strength and conditioning coach. He was the assistant S&C coach for the Green Bay Packers the last 3 seasons... good interview here
