anybody know?

Four people who allegedly forged and cashed checks purported to be from the University of Toledo and Heidelberg University in Tiffin were indicted Wednesday by a Lucas County grand jury.

Steven Willingham, 41, of 3329 Arlington Ave. was indicted on two counts of grand theft and 10 counts of forgery. Cheryl Utley, 38, of 117 W. Streicher St. was charged with one count of grand theft and 10 counts of forgery, while Isaiah Ballard, 24, and Israel Ballard, 23, both of 1463 Colburn St., each were indicted on one count of forgery.

According to prosecutors, Mr. Willingham forged 22 checks from UT and eight checks from Heidelberg totaling $40,610. He then is alleged to have given them to the others to cash.
