Hard to be so critical when he outspent his MWC rival's on facilities and coaching. They have been all in to the detriment of the school. That gamble has paid off in some ways . The problem is being locked out. Future Cotton Bowl games are the new ceiling and the divide is clearer.
The BCS started this it wasn't clear or effective enough so P5 and G5 is the improved version.

That is improved for the big boys Boise State has a great of athletic related debt. I think making these statements was kinda rude towards the stadium sponsor so poorly timed.

Only MWC and AAC can stand up to the P5 and be taken seriously. Others like the Sun belt would get laughed out of the room.

Considering how the AAC got laughed back into the "non-automatic qualifiers" I guess they just chose NOT to stand up and be taken seriously.

Kustra is dead on with his statements, but it's pointless to complain about it. It is a done deal. You've got to feel for schools like Boise and USF. They managed to climb the mountain and gain membership in a BCS conference only to have that conference disintegrate all around them. Like it or not, Kustra and Boise are stuck in the land of the "Have Not's" with the rest of us. His complaining about it only increases the level of satisfaction the P5 conference schools take in watching their plan unfold.
