RE: Sun Belt Baseball Tournament Thread
ULM gets a leadoff triple but fails to score because for some reason they didn't have the contact play on for the groundball. Poor decision by the coaching staff.
Tied at 2 Bottom 6.

Cajuns score a run on a sac fly. Go up 3-2 heading to the 7th.

RE: Sun Belt Baseball Tournament Thread
The ULM pitcher has pitched very well against the Cajuns in his two appearances. I know we've had success against side arm pitchers during the year but Bray had done very well on keeping the Cajuns from squaring up the ball.

I personally never expected one. I saw the way Bray pitched on Saturday, and expected he's be tough to hit if he could throw strikes and not throw too many pitches. He did both.

ULM further proving how bad their pitching staff is outside of Bray this inning.

I full expect ULL to win, probably will score a bunch this inning. Doesn't change the fact it wasn't what the majority of your fan base was expecting

They were all looking at comments from the coach and not at the performance on the field. I also don't think that affects our players, and their play on the field shows they haven't let outside things influence their performance this year.
I think ULM is playing their best baseball of the year right now, and they were picked early in the season to finish near the top of the conference. I don't think they are as good as the Cajuns, but there is some emotional component that we've been seeing from conference opponents this year playing their best ball against us. Baseball is a different game, and a sport where a play or two can totally alter the way a game goes.

7-3
I forgot you guys have gotten so comfortable with losing to UL in baseball this season (0-7) that you are accepting moral victories.
