Congrats. Taking 1 out of two against Mississippi State or Texas Southern shouldn't be very tough for ya'll. It's a lot easier going through the winner's bracket, unlike the Lady Jags. They have to win 4 straight now...

I had this feeling in my gut that we would finally get to their pitcher Davis, who pitched an awesome game, in the bottom of the 7th with the meat of the order up and the fight in those girls.

Congrats to the Cajuns!!!!. Keep it up and finish the job.

Apparently, Texas's pitcher has a blister on her finger, with that, I don't think they have the firepower anymore from the losers bracket. The team to watch out that might be some sort of problem would be MSU at this point.

As for USA, I think your pitching is good enough to get you through to the championship, so I wouldn't write yall off just yet but the task is pretty tall now with Bama sitting on championship Sunday. Good luck the rest of the way.

Yeah, if South Al doesn't get shook, they definitely have the arms to take this thing..
Best of luck, S Al

Don't say that. My Granddaughter has every intention of getting an athletic scholarship to UT.

They (colleges) noticed her before she got out of elementary school, and say she will be able to get a scholarship in any of the four sports she participates in, and she is not even in HS. She is Longhorn to the bone. The only problem she is as good a student as athlete and wants to be a Doctor......or tattoo artist, can't decide which.

Tough you know what. When you have had to deal with that school, from the other side of the fence, for so many years, you never wish any good will for them. Don't care whose relative is going there, or went there. What President did...oh, wait...never mind on that one.

Self ingratiating, elitist, mega million dollar conglomerate

Well maybe we will get lucky and she will go the tattoo artist route and save us from the embarrassment of having a Longhorn or Doctor in the family.

Well USA won the first two games today...

Farish Beard had 16 K's in her game as USA won 5-1.
Hannah Campbell shut out USC-Upstate (who had the #11 national batting percentage) and won 5-0. She seemed pissed they won in extra innings yesterday.

Now comes the monster, beating Bama twice at home. Go Jags!
