Kind of like beating WKU in the Diddle. Not that we are that good, but geez every now and then you get a sweep even if you are evenly matched and we been playing South a long, long time.

... the first time the Cajuns have swept South Alabama at South Alabama. I remember the Cajuns sweeping South Alabama in Lafayette in 2000 ... they also won 2/3 at South Alabama that season.

With Texas State's loss to UALR, ASU takes a 1 game lead over Texas State and UTA heading into next weekend.

Red Wolves host Ole Miss on Tuesday Night in our last shot to gain a big RPI win. Unfortunately...it looks like rain.

uta plays tcu tuesday..looks like a rainout here too.

Because of the disadvantage that ULM has, we have decided to send our #1 and #2 pitchers to the bullpen for the weekend. We will start a pitcher who can't get an out (Milhorn) and a pitcher who is at best 5'6 (Hicks).

Actually, not quite. The short week necessitated by having to move the Friday game to a doubleheader on Saturday makes it a short week for the Friday starter. It will happen again going to the conference tournament. I don't think they want to chance Robichaux coming back from tendonitis to throwing two short weeks in a row after having been on pitch count limitations the last couple of weeks.

Milhorn and Hicks, against ULM with the way they are hitting could be interesting.

Of course, the Warhawks might have to score 15 runs to have a shot with how bad their pitching staff is.
